Beaufort provide investment management services for investors looking to take advantage of the UK’s Tier 1 (Investor) immigration visa scheme.
Now the investment threshold has been raised to £2,000,000 it is more important than ever to have an investment manager who understands your requirements and objectives and can deliver accordingly.
The welcome removal of the ‘top-up’ requirement enables investors to perhaps consider a wider range of investment objectives although capital protection is always at the forefront of our investment strategy. As a fully regulated Stockbroker, we are able to access all types of qualifying investments including British Government bonds, corporate bonds and equities.
All portfolios are invested on a bespoke basis as although investments must always be in qualifying securities, we believe it is important to target your personal objectives rather than pushing you towards a standardised model.
Beaufort are able to offer two levels of service: a full Discretionary service where all investment decisions are made on your behalf or a Premium Advisory service where we monitor your portfolio and make recommendations with the client making the final decision.
We would expect to have a number of meetings to ascertain your specific requirements before proceeding with any investments. We would also liaise with your other professional advisors to ensure that your visa application progresses in a smooth and efficient manner. Beaufort have connections with a number of firms with specialist expertise in the immigration and Tier 1 (Investor) area and would be happy to make introductions should you require them.
For introductory discussions, if required, Beaufort have access to staff fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Russian and Ukrainian.
Away from Tier 1 Visa Portfolios, Beaufort’s Capital Markets team have assisted a number of overseas companies being floated on the AIM market and our services may be of interest for overseas investors.
